We help our clients to identify target accounts, create relationships and position them within the clients. We assist during the entire process and make sure we let information flow smoothly and highlight potential challenges and issues. Strong account management and good support is crucial and we take pride in running this together with our clients.

As an example, we have been contracted to penetrate named accounts, identified key stakeholders, initiated meetings, trials, participate in negotiations and followed the program to deployment.

Many of clients already have a list of target accounts in mind. We help them to expand the list and make sure the pipeline is strong enough, since the rule of thumb in IOT is factor 10 i.e. your pipeline should be 10 times larger than your budgeted revenue.
