W1 worked for Inseego covering the EMEA region for 9 years. The assignment initially covered Business Development, Sales and Marketing of Wireless Modules, IOT devices and Middleware but later moved into the acquisition and integration of Ctrack and the move to recurring revenue
A Swiss company who developed a high performance GPS chipset contracted us to penetrate a list of named Tier 1 accounts and helped them to get the right contacts and insights on these. We created the relations, initiated meetings, trials and assisted in account Management. The chipset went into Smartphones and high volume IOT devices.
Simcom Wireless Modules
When Simcom decided to Enter the EMEA market with their portfolio of wireless modules they contracted us to assist them in the AMR(Automatic Meter Reading) segment. We established meetings with the leading meter manufactures and systems integrators and conducted several trials with these. We also presented a EMEA business plan identifying competitors, distributes, resellers and strategic accounts.
